CURRENT MISSION: Fathering 3 kids... Last stage as they r getting big! ABOUT ME: Family oriented. Enjoy sports. Love travelling. WEB-BASED TRAVEL-LINK (Frnci CS etc) EXPERIENCE New to FRNCi..... introduced by a CSer. Started 5 years ago with CS. Great experience. Met up and stayed with a few hosts in South Korea. Just wonderful wonderful wonderful. One thing to highlight. My 7-year old son had an emergency situation there. We called ambulance and had help from couchers to interpret for us. One of the couchers actually came to the hospital to assist. Another coucher in Seoul made arrangement for us to do a medical review a few days later. So thankful!!! Special thanks to Youngmi, Insuk and Peter. UPDATE 2015 - we did Melbourne-Adelaide family road trip. Thank you to all the CS members offered us their couches. Great OZ hospitality. TQ Rob @Nhill who offered 4WD experience. And hey we now know how to catch Yabi! Couldn't meet FarmerJim due to change of schedule (part of life!) BUT coincidentally we were warned by tourist info centre to not travel that day due to fire warning. TQ Chris @Beachport for advice and hope Cynthia is getting better. Chris @AldingaB, we rainchecked the caravan offer! Numerous others who offered travel tips etc. TQ. Interests Travelling. We like to take both short and long trips. Almost all are self-drive trips as it gives us the freedom to explore anywhere, anytime. When travelling, we appreciate the experience with locals. From simple things like asking for direction... to actually having a good chat over meal with them.... and the occasionally privilege of staying with them too... and that's just EXCELLENT!
